Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags, and not a perishable, consumable, or custom/personalised item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital goods (e-books, digital downloads)
- Astrology or pandit consultations once the session has commenced
- Puja / ritual bookings once the service has been performed
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Personalised or custom-made products
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and click Request Return.
- Describe the reason and, if applicable, attach photos of any damage.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Alternatively, email us at support@jyotirling.com with your order number and reason for return.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please use a trackable shipping service.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5â7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled â please initiate a return after delivery instead.
