Q: Is Jyotirling available across India?
A: Yes, our digital services (consultations, puja bookings) are available pan-India. Physical product delivery covers all major serviceable pin codes in India.
Consultations
Q: How are pandits and astrologers verified?
A: Every pandit and astrologer on our platform undergoes a rigorous verification process including qualification review, lineage verification, and background checks before they are onboarded.
Q: Can I choose my preferred astrologer?
A: Yes, you can browse astrologer profiles, view their specialties and ratings, and book directly with your preferred astrologer.
Q: What happens if my astrologer is unavailable?
A: If your astrologer is offline, you can either wait for them to come online, or choose another available astrologer. You will not be charged until the session begins.
Payments
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets via our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We do not store any card or bank account details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Physical products can be returned within 7 days. Consultation and puja services are non-refundable once commenced. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Orders & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Typically 3โ7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities receive orders faster than remote areas.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the My Orders section in your account.

Q: How do I delete my account?
A: To request account deletion, please email us at privacy@jyotirling.com. We will process your request within 7 business days, subject to legal data retention obligations.
